We know that having to deal with the effects of an accident, whether you are the injured person or a family member, can be extremely upsetting, stressful and daunting. Our way of working takes this into account. Our staff is approachable, clear, patient and supportive.

At KB Law Solicitors, getting the right result matters as much to us as to you, and we are proud of our track record. We have dealt with cases where the award of compensation has ranged from small claims to substantial compensation amount. It’s the way we go about achieving this that makes the process easier for clients; and that is why they choose to recommend us.

We act for the majority of our clients on a No Win No Fee basis.

No Win No Fee is the phrase which comes from the type of agreement used in most personal injury claims between the injured person and their legal representative, i.e. a No win No fee agreement. It is also known as a Conditional Fee Agreement or CFA.

If you win your case, we will claim the majority of your legal costs directly from the Defendant’s insurance company. However, due to a change in the law from 1st April 2013, you may have to make a contribution from your compensation towards your legal costs which we will discuss with you before your case gets started.

If you wish to obtain advice or legal assistance in respect of your personal injury matter, we offer an affordable and confidential consultation with and experienced personal injury lawyer where we can answer your questions and explain the processes that will apply.
